1. Brief Introduction of CNC Induction Quenching Machine Tool:
This complete induction quenching equipment is used for large diameter long shaft medium frequency quenching heat treatment. This equipment adopts IGPS-250/5-15S transistor tube wide frequency IGBT induction quenching power supply matched with vertical cnc quenching lathe. It can realise one-time pragrammable heating spray quenching, scanning quenching, segment annealing etc.. The quenching lathe can adapt to different quenching depth. Comparing to traditional silicon controlled power supply, it can save about 20% energy.

5. Package of induction Quenching Machine:
As for packaging:
1. Machine is always wrapped with a film layer, and then packed with a paper box.
2. Then put the wrapped machine into a wooden case(standard exporting case), and wrap the machine with foam around.
